Kamel Feniche named president of the Constitutional Council

Kamel Feniche has been appointed Tuesday the President of the Constitutional Council, replacing Tayeb Belaiz, who earlier submitted his resignation to the Head of State Abdelkader Bensalah, said a statement of the Presidency of the Republic.
