Colonels Amirouche and Si El Haoues, fallen on the field of honor on March 28, 1959, in the battle of Djebel Thameur, in the province of M'sila, illustrate, through their martyr, the moudjahidine's spirit of sacrifice. The two colonels and their companions, that day, gave their lives for Algeria to conquer and triumph.
