President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika on Sunday, July, 16, 2017 has conducted partial reshuffle among secretaries general of provinces and administrative districts, said the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities and National Planning in a communiqué.
Twenty-five secretaries general of provinces and four secretaries general of administrative districts have been affected by the partial reshuffle.

2. Bechelaoui Youcef, secretary general of the province of Batna
3. Mezhoud Toufik, secretary general of the province of Bejaia
4. Mokhbi Mohamed, secretary general of the province of Bechar
5. Aït Ahcen Rabah, secretary general of the province of Blida
6. Mohamedi Farid, secretary general of the province of Tamanrasset
7. Benamar Mohamed, secretary general of the province of Alger
8. Bouzegza Lounes, secretary general of the province of Setif
9. Lakhal Ayat Abdessalem, secretary general of the province of Skikda
